Refund and Returns Policy

1. Return Eligibility

  • Products can only be returned if they are defective, damaged upon delivery, or if the
    wrong item has been delivered.
  • Items must be returned in unused condition, with original packaging and tags intact.

2. Return Process

  • Contact our customer service within 48 hours of delivery to request a return.
  • Provide proof of purchase and photographic evidence of the issue.

3. Refunds

  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
  • Refunds will be made via the original payment method.
  • The initial 50% advance payment is non-refundable if the customer cancels the
    order after it has been shipped.

4. Exclusions

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind or personal preference.
  • Products damaged due to mishandling or improper use after delivery
